Few Not Many is a small practice. The amount of personal information we handle is small. This document explains what we collect, what we do with it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

Who we are

Few Not Many is a practice operated by Lunar Leap Technologies LLP, a registered Limited Liability Partnership in Mumbai, India. We act as the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy-related question, write to Saurin, who handles all such requests personally.

What we collect

We collect personal information in three situations only.

When you submit our contact form. The form on this site collects your name, email address, optionally your LinkedIn URL, and the message you write. The form is processed by a third-party service called Web3Forms, which transmits the submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms does not store the content of your submission long-term beyond what is needed to deliver it.

When you send us a LinkedIn direct message. Any information you share in that message — your name, role, company, what you're looking for — is retained in our LinkedIn inbox and may be copied into our client records if a working relationship begins.

When you become a client. We collect what we need to do the work: your full name, your role and company, your billing details for invoicing, and the details about your business and your buyers that are necessary to write outreach and content on your behalf. We also retain a record of approvals you give us for each message and post before it publishes.

We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking. The site uses no analytics, no session recording, and no third-party tracking pixels. The only third-party assets the site loads are typefaces from Google Fonts and the form-handling service Web3Forms.

What we do with it

Personal information collected through the contact form or LinkedIn is used to reply to your enquiry and, if a working relationship begins, to do the work. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not use it to train AI models or any other commercial products.

Client information is used only to deliver the agreed-upon services and to maintain accurate financial records as required under Indian law.

Information about prospects we research on a client's behalf

A core part of our service involves researching your buyers — reading their LinkedIn posts, their company's public communications, and other public information they have chosen to make available. This research draws only from public sources. We do not buy data, do not scrape private content, and do not use any tools that surface information a person has not chosen to publish.

If a client ends their engagement with us, we retain the research artefacts we produced during that engagement for our own records but do not continue to act on them.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and LinkedIn message threads from people who did not become clients are retained for up to twelve months and then deleted.

Client records are retained for seven years after the end of the engagement to comply with statutory requirements under Indian tax and accounting law. After seven years, client records are deleted unless we are required to retain them for longer by a court or regulatory order.

Where it's stored

Personal information is stored in cloud services — primarily Google Workspace (for email and documents) and Notion (for client records). These services have their own privacy policies and certifications, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance. Data may be transmitted across international borders in the normal course of using these services.

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, send a message via the contact form on this site or DM Forum on LinkedIn. We will reply within seven working days. We do not charge for these requests.

Few Not Many is a service for businesses and the people running them. Our services are not designed for, intended for, or directed at anyone under the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that meaningfully affects how we handle your personal information, we will note the change at the top of this page and, where appropriate, contact existing clients directly. Minor wording changes — punctuation, links, structure — will not be flagged.
